Founder & President
During the last 25 years Mr. Rodriguez has been involved in the financial markets including his last 15 years as an Investment Banker and entrepreneur. His early career includes his role as Managing Director and Member of the Investment Committee at Provident Group Inc, a boutique investment bank based in New York City. Later he founded FCS Capital as his own investment banking operation with a focus on Costa Rica and the Central America region. More recently he became a major shareholder of a large multinational industrial company based in Costa Rica, with operations in Latin America, Europe and Africa.
In addition to being a member of several Board of Directors for regional Latin American companies, Allan has also served as a Corporate Finance Professor at University of Costa Rica and for INCAE, a higher education institute founded by Harvard University more than 50 years ago. INCAE is currently considered one of the most important business schools in Latin America for MBA programs.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.S. in Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Economics.
